Natural and pure taste

The gentle and full-bodied taste of Mielihyvin-honey comes from the flowers of meadows and forests, such as clover, wild raspberry, blueberry, lingonberry, fire weed and heather. Thanks to the diverse and rich selection of plants, our honey tastes nuanced and full-bodied.

Velvety smooth, soft and unheated

Mielihyvin Honey has a very soft and fine crystalline composition. During natural crystallization, we slowly and carefully knead the honey, making its texture soft and digestible in the mouth. The fine crystallinity gives the honey a beautiful pearly light color. Mielihyvin Honey stays soft and supple until the best before day and does not harden in the package. Our honey retains all the good qualities of honey because it is not heated to flow.

Contain plenty of pollen

The pollen content of Mielihyvin Honey is very high, as in our production process more pollen is mixed into the honey than usual. That may be one reason why our honey is considered so tasty.

Convenient packging

Mielihyvin Honey is available in two different packages, a squeezable tube and a cardboard jar.

The squeezable tube has soft, flowing and wonderfully easy-to-spread honey. The Mielihyvin tube is a super-handy package for neat dispensing of honey, for example on unflavoured yoghurt and berries, or for a delicious cheese. Mielihyvin tube honey stays soft and supple and does not freeze in the package.

In the Mielihyvin carton, the delicious honey is easy to spoon and a little firmer so that it doesn't spill along the table. Brew a cup of tea, add a spoonful of honey and a relaxing tea moment is complete.
